「We stayed in the cave room and that was really cool and had a great view from the room. Was off season so it was nice and quiet. Only things to consider is that to access the room involves a descent down a very narrow spiral staircase. Additionally outside our room is a common area shared by other rooms, however there were no other guests using the common room it stayed very quiet. Only complaint we had was there was a guest above us with a Belgian Malinois dog who would randomly bark...

「The Room was perfect, Location is a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again.」

There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre.」

「This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. 「Very easy check-in procedure. Good location in the old town with walking distance. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff that sent an email of recommended locations for breakfast/lunch/dinner. All in all, perfect for an overnight stay for a family. 」

「Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 」
