「Room was just okay and had a terrible odor (wet dog smell?) Water pressure was very intense and the tub fills with water and drains extremely slow. The pool heater was broken which is understandable but would have been nice to be told that when we checked in vs getting changed walking down and reading the sign. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee wasn't even hot. Staff acts like guests are a burden.」

「No internet or tv access were available during our stay (large sign was posted at the front desk - warning of this upon check-in), breakfast options were incredibly limited, and I was a little offended by the sign in the tiny breakfast corner to “only take 1 of an item”. No protein offerings were available at all, I ended up with a small muffin and cold cereal in a plastic cup… Regulating our room temp was an issue. Our room had the air conditioner on (external temps were already in the low...

「We used the breakfast area to visit/play cards with other members of our group during the evening. We requested that the tv display the NFL (Sunday Night) game and was told that they are required to only display the Weather Channel. How crazy is that? Allow your staff to accommodate guest requests. We also asked for the volume of the background music to be turned down. Nope, corporate requirements say it needs to be set at a specific volume and type of music. Music selection definitely needs to...

「The room was fine but it was in the basement area. That’s fine but you could hear loud water running… all night. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly enough. The park is very convenient to the parks but nothing else. The restaurants are around but have very limited hours, so if you come in late you have to drive a ways to find anything.」

「I needed a hotel room and used Expedia because I wasn't familiar with hotels available. The price implied a great reasonable room. I received multiple emails with the same instructions and a separate attachment which was too small to read, but wouldn't enlarge. Arrival was no earlier than 4 with office open til 5. Office was closed and lock box required code. It took 7 attempts to reach listed number, leaving call back requests...which never occurred. Three calls to management firm resulted...

「I loved my stay here; it was incredibly peaceful! The view from my cabin was great; I loved the giant window next to the bed. I recommend checking the map they send you before arriving. I knew what cabin number I was in, but I was following the numbers and missed when I was supposed to turn onto another road. I've never stayed in a tiny home before, and now I am completely sold on them! Everything is so convenient. I basically rolled out of bed, made breakfast, and ate outside. I would...

「The accomadations were exactly what we needed for my two sons & I to visit Pittsburgh for a family wedding. The house was clean & tidy with ample space for our needs and very well appointed. The owners were absolutely wonderful and allowed our stay to be extremely pleasant. There is off street private parking and the location is within minutes of food venues, shopping & downtown. Overall was very impressed with the owners & the house.」

「Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well.」
