The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa

"The 11th floor/Club level is where it’s at, folks. The lounge serves food twice a day and free beverages during happy hour and also accommodated me for a mimosa or two in the morning😉. It has fabulous large rooms with nice bathrooms, featuring many shower heads and a jacuzzi tub for two and to me, the included valet is worth it. And if you make a spa reservation, check in early and enjoy it all day. It’s one of the best spas I’ve ever been to in my life and one of the highest rated (and I have become quite the spa snob.) We had the best mini moon there! The staff was so professional and really accommodating to us. This is more than made up for the first trip we had there where they canceled our spa reso last min."

"This hotel falls somewhere between a clean Motel 6 and a Holiday Inn Express. The room I stayed in this time (stayed here a month ago) was larger and more updated. A friend found a bug in his room, but it turned out to be a regional type of fly (it was almost 100 degrees that day). I was on the first floor, and the parking lot was close, not loud, but close in terms of people being able to look directly in. Had to close curtains, even during daylight. Very close to 81. Stayed in the King Room, which was sort of a suite with a separate sofa area. The bathroom was updated and very nice. Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Both front desk staff I interacted with were nice. Breakfast was what was expected for this price point."

"Very dirty, roaches, exposed electrical, non working hotel tub, freezing pool even with advertised "heated pool", gross breakfast with no juice options (broken machine) and only gross milk and coffee/tea. Do not recommend"
Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

"The website describes the resort and waterpark as a place for “all ages” and family fun. Unfortunately, our experience did not feel inclusive or accessible for a child with physical disabilities. A staff member was not helpful and somewhat rude when we asked for an alternative solution. The resort itself was great, it was just the indoor waterpark that did not go well. When your four, that is a big deal."

"I had a fantastic stay at Harrah’s! The beach was a dream, the staff was warm as sunshine, and the food was a culinary fiesta. Pure bliss—can’t wait to return!"
RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa

"Our river view condo was very nice - listening to the rushing water kept with the Smoky Mountains vibe of the trip. The ducks, geese, and Herron were also fun to watch. Lazy River was also very nice after days of sightseeing and its cleanliness was much appreciated. Location was also very nice - close to everything yet not on the main drag which is very busy."
The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

"I didn’t bring up the following shortfalls to the hotel staff at checkout because, a lot of times these type of things tend not to be addressed due to multiple reasons. Extremely loud and non efficient hvac unit. Room furniture very dusty and almost coming off its hinges (door that concealed the refrigerator). Balcony flooring could use some touch up paint. Housekeeping was asked to return in 15-20 minutes (at around 9:30) and never did all day. Called the front desk with no response to our request for cleaning or follow up. Next day still no housekeeping visit. Had to physically go down to the front desk and ask for it. $18 parking fee, which is a little much considering the size of the parking lot which is enormous. Should just have guest hang the parking permit on car mirror and that would let security know you’re a guest. Hotel is extremely quiet and far enough away from the main strip that it makes your stay easier. Staff is very friendly and helpful so the shortfalls were not that horrible."

"Full service modern hotel and the free shuttle is so convenient. Just a five minute ride back and forth 24/7. My only suggestion is a coffee shop or coffee shop offerings. Would stay again for sure! Very relaxing for an airport hotel."
