"Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay"

"This hotel has it all! Great views, restaurants, pool with slide, trolley shuttle to downtown and the hotel itself has an interesting architecture. I was curious how the room would look with it being a round hotel, and they were super roomy. All around a great place to stay on a Gatlinburg trip. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the warm cookies - delicious!! "
