"Overall we had a nice stay. But, there were a few small issues. Upon check-in, we headed to the pool, where there were zero clean towels and masses of dirty towels. We alerted the front desk staff twice and asked them to restock, but after an hour, there were still no clean towels and our kids left dripping wet down the hall and up the elevator to our room. In addition, when we checked into our room, there was no extra toilet paper, with only a very small amount left on the roll from the previous occupants. Lastly, there is no lotion provided, in case that is helpful for anyone packing toiletries, and the conditioner provided in small bottles was impossible to squeeze out. The staff was very friendly though, and it seemed like it was more of a management issue that caused some of these preventable problems."
