"I thought staff was friendly and very helpful navigating around hotel and amenities. The food at the food court area was very good and reasonable price for a resort. Grounds were well maintained and clean. First time visit with friends. What surprised me was the lack of upkeep on the room. There were knicks and scratches in several places on the furniture. The fabric on the chair in the room was threadbare at the front of the cushion. There were no USB ports in the room to charge my phone. Don’t know how long it’s been since I had a hotel much less a resort not have a USB to charge things. Unless it was hidden like how to turn lights on; figured I wouldn’t make an another call for help. Also the only fire pits we found were in the smoking area which was not good for me with asthma only got to spend a few peaceful minutes before smokers showed up to ruin our peace. Overall it was fun to partake in the adventure of gambling for a night. Wonderful scenery with creek running along the property."
