"Disappointed with the in room coffee maker It was a LaVaza device, made a lot of noise and dispensed a very small amount of luke warm coffee. Wish they had better equipment as the first morning coffee is an important part of my waking up."

8/10 Good
"Very nice hotel in downtown knoxville. Parking is pricey, but you can park in The Locust street Public parking deck, which is one street over, for a quarter the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venue is well maintained and in a nice central location in downtown knoxville. My only problem was about 3:30 In the morning, the fan on the air conditioner started making a horrendous noise and it made it very hard to sleep even with earplug in. If I wasn't preparing to leave in the next couple hours, I probably would have asked to move rooms, but by the time I moved rooms, it'd be time for me to pack up, start heading out. I did inform staff checkout and they said they would have someone look into it."
