"The room was spacious, and the location was perfect with everything conveniently close by.However, I did encounter an issue at check‑in. I had booked a room with a kitchen, but I was informed that pets are not allowed in rooms with kitchens. Because of this, I was required to switch to a different room and was charged an additional $74. Fortunately, another room was available — otherwise, it would have been very difficult during the July 4th long weekend.There was no mention anywhere about pet restrictions for certain room types, and I’ve stayed at many hotels without encountering such a policy. I hope I can be refunded for the extra amount charged.My stay was from July 3 to July 4, 2026.
I did call the hotel before booking to check on pricing of pet stay. Atleast some one could have told me about these restrictions"
