Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"This hotel is located along the river and directly adjacent to the Gatlinburg main strip making it a perfect choice. The Edgewater is one of the best maintained hotels I have visited. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was so nice, neat and clean. Although we did not make use of the pool area it looked very inviting. The morning breakfast was very satisfying. Definitely a place I would stay again."

"This was our first stay at a Harrah's a property and we were totally impressed with the cleanliness and details of the room we were given. We are not big casino goers, but it made for a nice, relaxing time after a day of driving. The food options within the property are amazing. We loved the Noodle Bar!!! We would definitely stay again."

"The interior of the hotel was fine, but our balcony had some gross stagnant water from the a/c unit above dripping water on it and it doesn’t run off, just pools up. The exterior of the hotel needs some sprucing up and the outdoor furniture could use some fixing up as well. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay and the trolley service coming right up to the front is extremely convenient. The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner."

"We stayed for two weeks. We loved the place. It is convenient to all attractions while still being in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be that the towel service (for white towels in the bathrooms) not put so much bleach in their washing. I had a bleach rash on my skin that lasted for the entire stay. That said, everything else was top notch."
