"Rooms were fine. Fridge cold. Wifi worked well. Bed comfortable. Free breakfast not very good. Last morning there was not even coffee or hot water but 5 staff working away noisily. No potential for early check in and wasnt allowed to stay in room 1 hour extra. Excuse was busy and full but clearly there were almost no guest at this large hotel during my stay. No consideration given to request for room away from pool restaurant and band. "

"No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders. "

"Staff were lovely, the room was beautiful and clean. Very close to the Fugalei markets and shops downstairs. Plenty of parking. On-site security guard (very friendly) We would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay"

"Very close to the market and the bus terminal. Within walking distance. Very close and also within walking distance to the local supermarket and across the road from the hotel is an ice cream shop. Place is well maintained but different from my past stays they now charge 11 tala (about USD4) for breakfast. I would definitely choose to stay here when I’m next in Apia."

I loved the design. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It made the whole experience even better.
