"The hotel is located in a lovely little village with a harbour and lots of very good traditional restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and all have large balconies with beautiful views across to Sami and the island of Ithaca. Our room had a huge bed and had a great power shower and fluffy white bath towels. It was all very clean and well maintained. "The place is very convenient but lots of amenities needs extra payment. Only had one bad incident which the cleaning lady just entered our room while we were sleeping. The ocean view was not there even when we paid for that side. Aside from that every staff was very nice."

"The hotel is beautifully maintained in the most picturesque spot with mountains running into the sea. There are sun beds everywhere you need - by the pool, beach, beach bar and there is never an issue to find a spot. The rooms are smart and large and bathrooms clean. The weakest point is the restaurant from which we had a couple of issues - one starter came still frozen from the freezer, another meal of seafood had been reheated "

"The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. The breakfast was wonderful and it is right in front of a wonderful beach (perfect for wind surf) and close to town for a walk/stroll."

"Bad smell,room was not as good as we expect it. The highlight of the our stay was no hot water when we got home after a whole day at the beach. Bathroom had no window so the smell was awful."

"They never offered us breakfast. Internet barely worked. Tv did not work at all. They answered our few questions with answers that seemed to benefit them, not us. Best beach for kids was 15 minutes away. They told us it was the extremely tiny one that no one went to near their restaurant. Supe bummer of an experience. I had forgotten i paid for breakfast. They never reminded us. "
