Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. "Tidy, close to amenities. Well set up. Perfect if you have a hire car otherwise it’s only a few minutes walk to the bus for pick up. It was all well organised and organisation was faultless."

"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"The rooms were very affordable and the location was a walkable distance from the station which is great. It is close very close to many restaurants and other shopping locations which is also nice. The beds and rooms were clean but small, which during our stay wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was serviceable for our one night stay but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer if you're not strapped for time. This place was quite budget friendly and convenient for those looking for a good value at a low price. "

"Lovely clean, friendly hotel that is near the station so easy to get to. The breakfast is wonderful and complimentary noodles are served each evening. The spa facilities are great with lovely products which are all complimentary. There is ice cream to enjoy for free after the onsen and free juice and coffee in reception! A great stay! "
