「the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room」

「I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. 「Tutto davvero funzionale」

The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly...

「habitación impecable y servicio de 10. 」
