"Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. "Check Inn war leider erst um 15 Uhr möglich, obwohl ab 7 Uhr ausgeschrieben ist. Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich. Die ganze Anlage mit 171 MH ist neu und sehr schön angelegt. Der Bereich Covered ist eingezäunt. Schreckt anfangs ein wenig ab. Man kann aber durchaus FKK Strände besuchen. Restaurant direkt am Limskikanal super Lage, jedoch sehr teuer und der Gestank von der Klärgrube sollte hoffentlich bald von der Maistra beseitigt werden. "We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay still made us feel very pampered and relaxed overall and the hotel design is so so beautiful. They've done a phenomenal job with it overall. Also loved the pre check in form they send and the option to check out online. Everything is so considered to give you the most convenient experience and it is noticeable from the moment you arrive. "

"Our second stay here, and half board does not disappoint. The only slight gripe is parking which is 5 minutes walk away ( there is eden parking on google maps ), but we knew about this and still came back. hotel is part of a group which are in park of what used to be a park ( some still is ) and the grounds are stunning. Whilst it is by the beach, it;s private and none seems allocated to this hotel ( all for the more expensive in the group )"

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."
