"The owners of this beautiful house are very kind and interesting people who have a diverse backgrounds. This is my third visit to the Philippines and I had one of my best breakfast her at the UmaVerda. It was a very comfortable experience with wonderful conversation. "

"Budget friendly place for a short stay (or longer). Compassionate staff and manages the front desk well. We ended up staying at Bease's B&B (same management/owner (?)) due to room arrangements. The bathroom was great (just need soap/shampoo holder in the shower). We absolutely enjoyed the relax atmosphere in their garden where we had our breakfast. If you simply need a place to rest without a need for other amenities (pool, gym, etc.), you can try this place."

"Clean facility and super friendly staff"

"Punta Rosa is a fantastic hotel. Located right on the beach at the end of Station 1. 2 minute walk to Diniwidbeach which in our opinion is the best beach. The rooms are so cozy, clean and nice. The breakfast is very good and you order it from a varied menu. And the staff is very nice! We got upgraded rooms by the owner during our 2 week stay here - the suite was better than all our expectations!
