The location was perfect for us, our room was very clean and we had a great view. We are really happy with the facilities and are already looking at booking again at this property.

I love Hotel Beacon. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the hotel and learning about NY. It was safe and in a very convenient location. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.

I was so disappointed, I was looking forward to sending time at the sauna, steam room and facilities at the spa. The phone number just rang endlessly, several ads were posted throughout the casino and forum advertising the spa. I went to the spa to speak with someone and found out it is being renovated. Some communication and less advertising would have been great. I was offered the spa at Flamingo as a back up. Not a great substitute. Second night of our stay the room was cleaned until 8pm.

Overall was clean and great rooms but was giving the running around when checking in tried to pay resort fees with cash and was declined. The registration girl had to keep going to Manger and calling instead of them to come help i felt unwelcomed at this point. The girl was very patient but they need more management that care about customer service. I had to put it on my card after and they also wanted to decline the food credits I received when booking the package. It was too much back and forth that could of been avoided and was told we had a vip stay but lies didn't apply to me only.At this point i was over it and will not come back here.
