I arrived and tried to take a shower, but the shower overflowed and flooded the whole bathroom. In the process of having that fixed and room service delivered, my deceased grandmother’s rings were stolen! It was the only thing I had left of hers, so I am heartbroken. The front desk staff were not helpful in trying to retrieve or investigate. I am truly disappointed. What a spoiler for my vacation.

This Radisson Blu is really nice and went beyond my expectations not only for a Madagascar hotel but overall. The food options for breakfast were fantastic. Great menu. ATM in lobby. I would definitely stay again!

Juste les lit était fait mais le sol pas nettoyé meuble plein de poussière. Serviette de bain déchiré Les plateaux repas de la veille n’était pas non plus débarrasser.

Be careful with leaving items at concierge

Very welcoming and professional staff in general. Be carful though when leaving items with the concierge service. One of my two bags went missing, during 24 hours i got all kinds of contradictory explications. Bag was returned a day later - with items missing. Manager sent copy past style email, said the matter was important to him and then... nothing. I heard it was not the first time this happens - so be careful
