Affordable but not fancy

For the price it qualifies as acceptable accommodations, but this is not a “nice” hotel by any western standards. If you want something nicer there are other options in Antananarivo. If you want something cheap and not horrible this will suffice. They staff was friendly and they do try their best to make for a nice stay but keep in mind you are going to get what you pay for.

Nice and grand lobby. The manager welcomes and helps us with the Chinese menu. Free shuttle bus to International Airport with 5 minute driving distance. Excellent service over all! Definitely will book this hotel again if we come back Madagascar.

Overall, a decent accommodation. Large rooms, well appointed. Staff helpful and attentive. It's a Chinese hotel, as is the restaurant, if that matters to you. Good food! Problems: No hot shower! Power and wi fi in and out all the time. Never for extended amounts of time, but annoying. Not a bad place, just know what to expect. I probably could have switched rooms regarding the shower, but I tolerated the shower well enough. My travel mate's room had plenty of hot water, too.

This hotel is behind a gate with armed guards. You can’t go outside because there’s no place to go. The pool area was off limits. Only place you could go to was lobby - which was stark and simply had seatings. Breakfast was alright if you like seine cold fried egg and mystery meat. Airport shuttle was provided by 3 young guys who were all drinking beer as they drove me to hotel. While hotel staff quite friendly - the property was dirty and carpet had stains throughout. The hotel is only minutes from airport but overall- not a pleasant place.

Séjour lamentable

arrivée chambre a 23h la bonde de la douche etait bouchée, mon époux fiévreux n'apu prendre sa douché après 11h de voyage. J'avais demandé un chambre non fumeur le réceptionniste m'a dit oui. Chb 410 En entrant dans la chb une odeur bizarre, j'ai demandé un désodorisant au garçon d'étage, il m'a dit oui mais n'est pas revenu pour dire il n'y en a pas. A éh du matin impossible de dormir l'odeur de tabac trop forte m'a carrément étouffé. J'ai du descendre (pas de téléphone évidemment !!) pour demander de changer de chambre. Pas d"odeur cette nuit là mais la nuit suivante encore odeur de tabac, en fait il semble toutes les chmabres sont fumeurs et il ya juste un appareil désodorisant dans le couloir...

Hôtel bien situé à côté de l’aeroport . A besoin d’un rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des moquettes des couloirs qui sont sales. N’ont pas servi le petit déjeuner car j’étais arrivée trop tard

Une pure catastrophe, à éviter absolument ! Il faisait froid dans la chambre, très froid, seule solution ajouter une couverture !!!! On croit rêver, mais ce n'est pas tout ! Le wifi coupait sans cesse, pas pratique pour travailler et maintenir une réunion très importante ! Solution proposée par l'hôtel... Ouvrir la porte de la chambre !!!!!! Non, ce n'est pas une plaisanterie malheureusement... Lors du check in, la personne à l'accueil nous à indiqué que le check out était à 14h. Malheureusement pour moi, le lendemain, lors du check out, à 13h30, on me précise que je dois payer un supplément pour le check out après 12h00 !!!!!!! Voilà la belle arnaque ! Isolation thermique et phonique de la chambre catastrophique. Petit-déjeuner très très light, surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personnel de mauvaise fois.
