「This is my second time staying at Swandor Topkapi palace Lara , I think hotel is great , staffs are very friendly helpful and hotel is pretty clean. So many activities on each day for young members of the group as well to keep them occupied. Only downside to it you have to be up and really early to pick a sunbed by the pool and this time red mest was not as much as last year . All the other things are great」

「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first.
