「Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel enttäuscht. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer und das Badezimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden waren. Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Bett offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen war, was für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel ist und einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. 「Hotel was empty, basically i had the hotel to myself for the duration of my stay, receptionist turned up around 9am and left at 6pm, no one around incase of emergencies, based in the old town and very close to everything, shops, restaurants, taxi room smelt from the shower drwin, hence why there was a can of disinfectant spray, overall a pleaent stay, 」

「Stayed for 5 nights, first encounter was very pleasant with a welcoming glass of bubbly. The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great.
