Very friendly and helpful staff

Fantastic staff - very helpful. Great location within the walking distance to the private beaches and the old town. Supermarkets are nearby. All clean and tidy.

Karşılama, ilgi alaka sıcaktı. Oda temizliğini beğendim. Otopark ciddi sıkıntı bu bölgede. Otelin otoparkı olmaması dezavantaj. Onun dışında konfor ve temizlik açısından yeterliydi. 2 gece kaldık. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek gidilebilmesi güzeldi.

Ich hatte mich an den Bewertungen im Internet orientiert und bin voll auf die Schnauze gefallen. Angefangen beim Checkin mit der Abrechnung, mit Karte nur zahlbar in Euro, dollar oder Pfund mit einem sehr schlechten Kurs. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich, leider nur mit eingeschränkten Sprachkentnissen in englisch, Deutsch kein Wort. Es dauerte dann auch einige Zeit, bis wir unser Zimer hatten. Leider war dies in einem desolaten Zustand. Nach einigen Reklamationen wurden wir dann in ein " besseres " Zimmer verfrachtet. Das Frühstück war, wie schon in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, relativ einfach gehalten. Kaffee hatte ich keinen entdeckt während unserer 5 Tage, dafür jeden Tag das Gleiche aufgebaut. Und das wird so lange hingestellt, bis mal eine der Schüßeln leer ist. Das wird aber noch Wochen dauern bei den wenigen Gästen. Einzig Cyra an der Rezeption mit ihrer freundlichkeit und auch sehr guten Sprschkenntnissen war eine Erleuchtung. Sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Den Zimmerservice haben wir 1 mal gesehen in der ganzen Zeit. Wir waren die letzten 3 Jahre zum 8ten Mal in Antalya, werden aber dieses " Hotel" sicher in Zukunft meiden. Die positiven Bewertungen mit 10 von 10 Punkten sind wohl gesponsert.

I was a women staying alone in this hotel , i felt very safe , very clean hotel with very nice breakfast good value for money . I stayed just one night because i was moving on to marmaris . Lots shops resturants close by . The staff were very helpfull in every way . Helped me get my way to bus station next morning to go to marmaris .. would definately use this hotel again ....
