「Was een perfecte vakantie, met twee kinderen van 9 en 10 jaar. Zeer nette accomodatie waar alles tot in de kleinste details is verzorgd. Vooral personeel was uitmuntend en behulpzaam. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg servicegericht. Verder de beste wifi van alle hotels waar ik tot nu toe geweest ben, zelfs op het strand perfecte wifi. Het eten was ook voortreffelijk.」

「Excellent hotel. We stayed at The Marni Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. 「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. 「Amazing hotel.. I highly recommend it. Excellent location close to the beaches. All of the staff is amazing especially Dilara who went above and beyond what was required of her. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to have kid friendly options available for breakfast like pancakes and waffles etc.」

「On the outside everything looks great or well maintained but the closer you look you can see how dirty everything is. The floors had water stains, the sink was dirty, there were tea/coffee stains on the door. The amenities given in the bathroom such as the comb had hair on it. The mug in the kitchen had a red lipstick stain. The beds don’t come with a duvet but a single scratchy blanket that you have to share. 「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」
