「Amazing hotel.. I highly recommend it. Excellent location close to the beaches. All of the staff is amazing especially Dilara who went above and beyond what was required of her. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to have kid friendly options available for breakfast like pancakes and waffles etc.」

「We had an amazing time at the hotel, lots of fun in the pool and water slides. Timings were perfect for everything and lots of food items to choose from. Different spots around the hotel to access food and other services. We could not have asked for a better resort for our annual family vacation. The only thing I wish they had was an inclusive laundry service for swimwear. I was not keen on paying 6€ for washing a pair of socks. Other than that it was a perfect getaway for our family.」

「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first.
