We arrived around 10 p.m., called before arriving at the property. There was no help available to carry the luggage. Next, our room - a MASSIVE cockroach on our wall, chipped walls and a horrible smell. No air conditioning. When we reported the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude, and disinterested in helping us. He mentioned he’d send someone but took half an hour to do so while we waited in the lobby. Upon complaint, he became extremely rude and refused to help further. The restaurant staff was amazing though! Helped us get a taxi, and get as far away as possible from the place. Special thanks to the exceptional Expedia customer service who sorted us out for the rest of our stay.
