"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "The atmosphere of the hotel feels like a warm embrace. Victor, the owner, is friendly and easy to talk to in both English and Spanish, as are all the workers. If you have any early morning excursions, they’ll prepare you a breakfast to go. The breakfast is both filling and healthy, so you won’t feel bloated. The rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The cherry on top is that the hotel is only a 15–30 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, depending on your pace. When I return to Cusco, I’ll be sure to stay here again, my Peruvian home away from home."

"We have stayed here twice and would again. The location is fantastic: near the square but with less noise and near some fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and charming, but also clean and have everything you need plus some extra comfort and luxury like large tubs, facial tissues, etc. The breakfast is also great. Most of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They are a major part of why we would recommend it!"
