"The lobby air condtioning was broken. They had a fan in lobby. The pool was very cold and cloudy and floor very slippery. No towels by pool My daughter in law was food poisoned by wings from the kitchen. She was so ill we missed our ferry and lost $100 not taking then we had to drive home When the bill came we were charged twice for a dog and when called desk they were rude and didn’t apologize"
