El servicio de spa es solo para 1 hora y la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas o fuera de servicio, aunque como digo, al precio que pagamos, no está mal que incluyeran este servicio aunque estaría bien saber de antemano que es por una hora "

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, great view, and beautiful charm. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to restaurants stores and ski resorts .The breakfast was amazing ! If you want to stay some place where they treat you like family this is the place . "Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"
