There was nothing even remotely soft or fluffy about the towels or anything else. TV was very limited. If I wanted to watch the World Cup, great. Unfortunately, not a snippet of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships was available. The promised evening buffets were not available. On the Sunday breakfast buffet, nothing was actually hot. Monday...
