「Check-in at the restaurant was easy. Rooms were a good size and clean, a little wear and tear but nothing off putting. The kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed being able to watch UK TV channels. The restaurant and pool have beautiful views so the hotel earns its name. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good choice of cook to order items. 「The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). 」

「Everything was either broken or didn’t work! The fridge worked but most shelves were missing. The oven had no shelves! The extractor fan was broken and didn’t work. Initially the aircon didn’t work - once fixed it was fine. The wi-fi login information was incorrect - I looked at the router label for the correct details.
