「very good location, excellent customer service」

「Last minute holiday. Looked what the area had to offer and this hotel offered free breakfast and was cheaper than room only at other apartments. Bonus as had a fridge and air con in the room. Rooms were basic, normal for Greece I find. Hospitality was great especially Alex behind the bar! The hotel needs an update which I’m told is happening this winter. I would definitely return, ideal location to the beach and restaurants.」

「We did not have proper curtains so asked the réception and they made everything to get us some. On top they have a huge swimming pool that is just perfect when you are back from the beach. Staff were amazing.」

「Klidný hotel, s téměř domácí rodinnou atmosférou, velmi ochotným personálem, cca 100 m od autobusové zastávky, cca 400 m od pláže a centra Laganas. V blízkosti veškeré obchody. Prostorné a čisté pokoje, s klimatizací, ledničkou i balkonem. Na 4* hotel poměrně skromnější kuchyně, ale jídlo velmi chutné. 」

「I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I liked how clean the rooms were kept. I liked how close it was to the beach. There were always chairs and floaties available which made the experience really good. The staff does need to be educated on the availiof recycling containers on the property. We were told there weren't any and ended up going off-site to find recycling containers. We later found them by the pool. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. 」

「Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. 「We loved every minute of our stay at Filoxenia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink. Lovely, comfortable king size bed / excellent variety and quality of food & drink. Could not fault the service provided by the staff throughout the hotel - clearly a team effort - special mention to Alan & Spiros for managing the pool bar. Would highly recommend this hotel!!! 」
