「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

「The room was large and beds were comfortable. Our room had a low step shower, no tub, which was ideal for us,The breakfast was good, The desk clerks were nice and helpful. We later stayed at the Hilton in downtown Harrisburg, on someone else's dime, and I would of whole lot rather been staying here on my dime. The downtown Hilton rooms were smaller, the beds were smaller, no breakfast and the parking fee was outrageous. STAY AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN HILTON!!!」

「The staff here is always professional, helpful, friendly, and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is better than similar hotels (although I'm not into the burrito bar). Thanks for having fresh bananas! My husband and I love having the extra space and two TVs, as we watch different shows in the evening.」

「The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.」
