「It's very expressive hotel but room were not clean. Spiders web everywhere at the balcony. No shower curtains on the bathtub. Dust on the furniture, lamp, phone.」

「Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!」

「I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store my luggage and also offered me a shower, which was helpful. However, overall the experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom. The bed sheets appeared clean at first, but there were small hairs, which gave an impression of poor hygiene....

「It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four.」
