「The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!」

「Very friendly staff. Room was spotless and comfortable but bathroom is a little outdated and shower faucet doesnt work correctly but we were able to manage anyways. The elevator is very small,hard to fit the family with a hockey bag in hand but we just laughed and made it part of the memory. Breakfast was the usual offering, but they did seem able to keep it stocked for the group size staying at the hotel. We are pretty simple people, so none of this bothered us.」
