「The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay. 」

「This hotel is lovely and we had a great time during our stay. If you don't want to eat in the hotel in the evenings (vegetarian buffet), then there are couple of food options nearby but be mindful that Mondays seem to be very quiet with a lot of places closed. You are able to get the bus right outside the hotel in to Budapest in 20 mins. Very easy and convenient to do. Uber's are also easy to get. It was a nice balance between city break and relaxation - just what we wanted. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much. 」

「Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. 」

「Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Kamer was ruim met de kleinste TV ooit in een hotel opgehangen. Badkamer met ligbad en een bidet. Diner was prima, smaakvol en niet te duur. Parkeren voor de deur. Inchecken is wel een trap op, daarna is er een lift. Kan dus lastig zijn als je slecht ter been bent. Ontbijt was goed. Wel weer een trap af. Vriendelijk personeel, de meesten spraken goed Engels.」
