「OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay...

「The check in was disorganized and had to fill in endless forms. I use this hotel regulary.
They need to review their breakfast priciing as it does not warrant what you are getting. Boring」

「Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.」

「The whole environment is clean and security is good but the room smells bad.had to deodorise before sleeping for my entire stay.
Also,the bathroom shower curtain is horrible,it wraps your body when bathing and its very irritating...besides these two problems,i cant complain about the rest.」

「The place was convenient and people were easy, ironing boards, dryers available on request. Other guests were kind. The only thing was noticing the bed headboard being dirty, side stand with beautiful lamp also dirty.」
