The property was near the railroad and back near little else.
The biggest thing is that there is no clear process written down, and limited staff who know how to reset the WiFi.
The power strike, a minor glitch of lights, was what knocked out WiFi at about 6pm, and it was out for approximately 2 hours.
I had to go to the front desk and show the staff it was out. They confirmed it was out with the hotel's tablet device.
The real problem is that only one person, a manager, knew how to reset the system. And he was sleeping, prepping for a late-night shift, hence the 2-hour outage.
Unfortunately, it was during prime time for work, and I was looking for a dinner location.
