The hotel is poor and the bed it’s in very bad condition and the towel it’s too old and I did ask for small pillow never get it .!!!! It’s good for one night only

There are no shampoo or body wash in the rooms. If you are looking for a place to crash it is enough. It offers nothing else. Showerhead, water temperature were all problematic. Bring your own shampoo, body wash, and water

Overall good

Everything is alright except for internet and elevator. Internet is up to your luck, technically there is router for every floor but getting internet access is very random. Some of our devices had good connection after 1 day of trying but some never connected. As for the elevator, it is small and very slow.

The room was not cleaned in general. Towels are torn and missing, not even checked. The bottom of the bed has not been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were used razors in one of the drawers in the room. The receptionist in the morning shift is not suitable for the hotel employee, such as speaking style and asking us for the which room number he gave to the guest before us. Location can be considered central.

Unpleasant and stressful check

It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC. Luckily i had a screenshot and after a long argument with the staff who's not able to communicate in England, i managed to get to the prison cells size room with the AC. Only helpful staff was Gul and the rest so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The WiFi was so unreliabe and the mattress was uncomfortable. But clean and very central

Gayet ilgili bir ekip vardı, ilk yerleştiğimde oda pisti. Sonra kendileri farkedip temizlediler ama maalesef çok çok kötü bir deneyim oldu. Oda sigara kokuyordu, internet çok kötüydü ve lavabo pisti. Ben rahat edemedim.

Fiyat performans olarak merkezi konumda olmasıyla birlikte güzel bir işletme. Resepsiyon iletişime açık, güvenilir ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Erdoğan abi cana yakındı. Odada herşey düzgündü, temizliği güzeldi, bir tek duş başlığı sıkıntılıydı. Umarım işletme kalitesini bozmadan devam eder.
