Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night.
Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.
