Çalışanlar iyi , deneyimli , aksama olmadı. Genel temizlik iyi. Kahvaltıda çaylar farklı demlik olsa iyi olurdu. Banyo için çift kalıyorsa daha fazla ürün olmalı ,vücut şampuanı azdı.

Personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Oda biraz küçük ve klima zor soğutuyordu. Banyoda küvet yerine duşakabin olmalı ve etrafı su sıçramayacak şekilde kapalı olmalı.

Yeri nedeni ile tercih ettik ama yataklar sıkıntıl

Temzilik, otel yeri, vale hizmeti, fiyatı gayet uygun ancak, iki kişilik tek yatak istedik, ama yatak çok küçüktü, 150 cm'lik yatak vardı. Yataklar eskimiş, yumuşamış, iki gün uymak için çok zorlandık, iki tane yastık koymuşlar, yedek yastık yok. Böyle bir isim sahibi otelde çok üzüntü verici bir durum. İlave yastığı oda servisinden istedik. Kahvaltı çok vasat.

Sigara kokusu

Öncelikle otelin içinde bulunan spa merkezi çok kaliteli hizmet veren, gerçekten temiz olan, kendinizi iyi hissedebileceğiniz bir yerdi. Otel ilk girişte fena değil fakat havalandırma sisteminde bir sorun olduğunu düşüyorum çünkü başka odalarda içilen sigara kokusu bizim odamıza olduğu gibi geldi. Sigaraya olan hassasiyetim dolayısıyla resepsiyonu aradım ve oda değişimi taleb ettim. Talebim kabul edildi ve oda değişimi yaptık. Fakat gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde aynı sıkıntıyı bu odada da yaşadık. Bu gerçekten bizi üzdü çünkü belli ki bunun bir çözümü yok ve biz otelde 2 gün kalmak zorundaydık. Mecbur kaldık. Eğer sigara içiyorsanız bir sıkıntı yaşayacağınızı sanmıyorum ama biz sigara içmeyen bir çift olarak çok rahatsız olduk.
