95% of staff very good, professional, and friendly, especially in restaurant for breakfast, cleaning crews, front door staff, security people, and front desk. There were some businesses in the neighborhood inappropriate for a family oriented hotel, but staff were very supportive about that subject, and hotel existed there way before those other businesses came to neighborhood. I also did not like the fact that management did not let us to leave earlier when our job was done. We had to pay for two weeks of reservation in advance, but when we were finished with our affairs, they did not want to pay back if we left earlier. Location was very good, just ten minutes walk to the center of everything. Overall it was not a bad experience. Thanks

Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel got off to a poor start. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by dirty mugs with leftover tea and a shower floor littered with hair. To make matters worse, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half-empty. Although the front desk promptly sent housekeeping to address the issues, we were disappointed by the lack of apology or concern. When we mentioned the incident during checkout, the response was dismissive, with the staff simply stating, "We cleaned it." While we appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. As a hotel, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are crucial. Hopefully, the management will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their services. Rating: 2/5 Stars - Not Worth the 5-Star Rating Given its 5-star rating on Expedia, we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of our expectations.

Vom ersten ankommen bis zur Anreise war es durchweg perfekt. Es wird sich um die Gäste gekümmert und mitgedacht. Von groß bis klein hat sich jeder wohl gefühlt. Schon als wir mit dem eigenen Auto vor dem Hotel gehalten haben, hat uns Hr. Osman mit einem lächeln begrüßt. Er hat sich auch sonst um alle unsere belange gekümmert. Wertvolle tipps von der ganzen Hotel Belegschaft gab es immer und auch immer positiv. Wir als Familie können das Hotel und auch die komplette Belegschaft um Hr. Osman voll und ganz empfehlen. Wir wünschen allen nur das beste und bedanken uns für die schönen tage. Besonders hervorragend waren die Aussichten aus dem Balkon. Man blickt auf unter anderem auf Anitkabir und die Burg von Ankara. Danke allen beteiligten.
