Receptionist doesn’t not speak English. Curtains only cover 50 % of window width for room 302. Housekeeping is not doing the work properly. Room is very noisy, constantly hear traffic noise from the street. False advertising, this hotel is not new. Obviously is just rebranded. Some of the fittings in the bathroom are old and rusty.

Fiyatina gore gayet makul ve guzel bir otel. Konaklamam sirasinda bir sorun yasamadim. Resepsiyon sefi olan hanımefendi cok profesyonel ve anlayışlıydı.eğer 5 yildizli bir otel arıyorsaniz size uygun degil ama kisa sureli ankara konaklamariniz icin mukemmmel bir yer. Eger ankaraya bir daha gidersem, ayni yeri tercih edeceğim.

Personel iyiydi oda normal bir temizlik vardı, birtane erkek personel valizini bırakıp giriş yapacağım saate valizi alıp yerleşecegimi dediğimde bunun mümkün olmayacağını söyledi parayla kızılayda bir yere bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Çankaya suittede o vardı. Onun dışında halfetili bir kız arkadaş çok yardımcı oldu ona teşekkür ederim
