Ok property for the price We had two rooms. Property needs upgrade badly. Rooms smelled cigarettes. Reception was not quick to respond to our request.

Location was great..... Its a pity that reception can't speak english.... Room was clean but the smell of cigarette was too much.... It is a good choice to stay for a few days . Down was a nice coffeeshop with Arezoo. Very kind with a delicious tea:)

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. However, it would be even better if they improved the breakfast.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing any of our concerns. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there were so many bugs that both my husband and I were bitten repeatedly and felt itchy the entire stay. The bathroom was extremely small, with a shower so cramped that even one person could barely fit inside. When we tried to give feedback, the staff did not take it seriously and refused to listen. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort made this stay unacceptable.

Çok kötü bir deneyim

Ekonomik değil standart odayı seçtim. Ancak oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi. Oda da fotoğrafta görünen masa sandalye yoktu. Hatta oda da yatak dışında oturabiliceğiniz bişey yoktu. Resepsiyonu arayıp durumu söyledik bize hemen döneceğini söyledi ancak dönmedi. Sabah 7’de oda servisinin sesleri çıkış yapana kadar susmadı. Tam yanımızda depo gibi bir odaları vardı. Ve 1003 nolu odada yani 1. Katta kaldık ve tuvalette şifonu kim çekerse çeksin sesi bizim odadaydı kısaca çok kötü bi deneyim. Odada ki tv ünitesini korumak için kullandıkları çabayı keşke müşterinin rahat etmesi için kullandalardı.
