The amenities and rooms are not even close to a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was average. The room temperature was higher than normal even without heater.

Avoid this hotel at any cost

Very unprofessional, unfriendly and uncooperative staff. They tried so hard to scam me and let me pay for one more night because of early check-in and refused to change my booking-dates to avoid extra charges. Thanks to Hotels.com, they helped me and shifted the booking one day earlier despite the staff at the hotel being unhelpful and saying it is impossible!! Moreover this hotel could never be a 5 star hotel, it is very dirty and no facilities. One of the worst experiences ever! Never again.

We voelden ons goed in de accommodatie, 's avonds konden we ontspannen in de sauna en overdag hebben we door het winkelcentrum gewandeld dat zich direct achter het hotel bevindt, op 2 minuten loopafstand. het personeel is super aardig en vriendelijk. Het enige nadeel is dat de badkamer gerenoveerd zou moeten worden omdat deze oud is. Verder voelden we ons prima.
