Nice hotel. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast (wide choice of food especially early hours). Maybe a bit noisy at night on the street side but not so critical. I asked a non-smoking room and didn't notice any smoke smell. Near the center location. Definitely one of the best options for this price.

Property needs lots of updates. It's near the center and transportation like buses. Located in an old area. Breakfast has a wide variety. Room was not too clean especially bathroom is moldy and very old.

Great value for your money

Very nice hotel with great breakfast included in the price. The room has a nice view on the 9th floor. A mini fridge with free bottle waters. There is also complimentary coffee, tea with a kettle, a chair and table. The A/C works great. And its great that this hotel has NON smoking rooms, which is rare in Turkey..:). The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo and dryer. The shower is overhead with good pressure. The room is a bit small if you have big suitcases, but it's no problem. The staff are friendly and helpful, also spoke English. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Easy to find, easy to check in, all staff we saw were very good and efficient, we had a Comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was a good selection of nice foods - a little strange selection for breakfast (some dishes were more suited to an evening meal but no problem!) but plenty of it, yea and coffee and cold water available and dining area was clean and tidy. Good location for shopping and taking a bus or metro to Ankamall or downtown to the shops and restaurants and cafes. We were allowed to leave our bags after we checked out as our flight wasn’t until very late that night. The only downside for me was the free WiFi connection was not reliable and I was using it for checking google maps and local transport, but we managed. Would recommend and would stay again

It's absolutely unacceptable to have people at the reception desk with no English knowledge. No posibilities to obtain any informations regarding public transport, timetable, recomandations for turistic objectives. Pitty.

The toilet was dirty and they said there were no staff to clean it. There was huge smile of chlorine and the hotel did not change the room for us. And the air condition was leaking.

The air conditioning not working on the room and I asked the reception for helping but they don't care about it because they received the money for the room and I checked out to go to another place
