These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz.
