「Wonderful location and hosts are amazing. Breakfast was great. Clean.」

「An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back.」

「very centrally located, convenient」

「We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

「Arrived at property around 9:00 PM, office door open, no one at front desk. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience.」

「Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.」

「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「A bit old in the legs, but with a nice sense of New England country charm, and very kind and helpful staff!」

「很好的酒店，无论房间设备还是工作人员素质以及房间清洁程度，值得入住」

「We were greeted by one of the staff with the aroma of fresh baked cookies, lovely! She showed us around the inn then to our room — “The Berkshire Room” which is in the main inn on the 2nd floor. The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

「La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient tellement agréables après toute une journée de visite, c'était le paradis. le petit déjeuner était très bien, ainsi que les chambres et le personnel à la réception, tout était parfait.」

「My only complaint was I was there for 3 days and housekeeping never came for dirty towels . I had to ask for clean ones and they still Did not take dirty Ones」

「Condo was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Really nice having a full kitchen, too. Staff was accommodating when we decided to add an extra night to our vacation. Great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at Tanglewood.」
