We had a great dtay at this hotel. It was easy ealking distance to many restaurants, it offered free parking and breakfast, breakfast was a good spread and our room, which was an apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Pedro in the dinning room was great. Great attitude, always educating guests on things, always attentive. The people are the front desk were always on their cell phones busy having personal conversations instead of assisting guests.

I canceled the hotel,but they said I would not get a refund. Usually you can get a refund. The hotel said no refunds. I will never book with Hotels.com again because of this. I would in the Travel business for years and the policy was that you could cancel 24 hours prior. I don’t think its fair that you don't give a refund especially since someone else could book that room. This way the hotel benifits. I've worked in the Travel industry and we always tried to accommodate the costumer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, fussläufig vom Zentrum. Bad etwas u günstig geschnitten: nur bei geschlossener Badtüre war die Toilette zu erreichen und Abstand zw. Toilette und Duschtrennwand sehr gering! Frühstück 1a und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstücksbox bei Abreise sehr früh am morgen war kein Problem!
