No frigo is no good for 2 persons room

This was my second time to stay Ibis budget hotel on business trip to Angoulem. Good overall this time again. I booked and paid for one room with two persons. Problem I had this time is NO Refrigrator in the room.

She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Bonjour j'ai rencontré un grand souci dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé de nuit mais je n'ai passé aucune nuit là-bas. Donc j'ai demandé le remboursement des deux nuits j'ai réservé dans un autre hôtel Le problème que j'ai rencontré c'est que je suis sorti de ma chambre pour aller fumer une cigarette à l'extérieur et en remontant dans la chambre j'ai croisé la femme de l'accueil qui sortait de ma chambre en mon absence. Donc je fais mes affaires et je suis parti réservé dans un autre hôtel à côté qui s'appelle Appart'City Angoulême.

Hôtel accessible à pied depuis la gare et ouvert 24/24 ce qui est appréciable quand on arrive par le dernier TGV. Un établissement plutôt récent ou rénové, fonctionnel. Bien pour une étape. J'avais une chambre PMR donc il difficile d'apprécier une chambre classique. De plus, ma chambre donnait directement dans la rue, ce qui ne m'a pas permis d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
