「The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home. 」
