「Great location in Angera for this 3 star hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and it felt like a family-run establishment. 「Chauffeuring between airport and IBIS Malpensa is so problematic that it takes more than 30 minutes to wait for the bus, and also sometimes seats are not enough leaving hotel for T1 as it has to take passengers from Novotel. 」
