「Just lovely 」

「I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. Private beach, great food, great views, great people what more could you ask for. Would recommend to anyone...

「Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. 」

「There were several pools.All spotless and well maintained. The beachfront is amazing as well. Turquoise waters, chair drink and snack service.Lunch cafe is right there as well. 「the hotel was so dirty and so noisy,I have spend 5 hours to get my room,in fact a dirty room,it's a shame,I never recommend this hotel to any one.」

「Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.」
