The place was nasty, dirty, bed unmade, bugs in the window sill, pillows soiled. The host finally said she would come in and clean and all she did was mop and put sheets on the bed. No wiping anything down, no emptying the trash, same dirty pillows, etc.The condo was not named Tierra Javier, it was actual called The Founder Plaza Apartments. We were delayed and checking in, the place was hard to find, and the hose claim that she was not prepared to take guests because Expedia did not notify her. Then lacking all form of an integrity, she blatantly lied and said she would refund all of our money for one night, but then only issued a partial refund for one night. Expedia said they had talked with the host about moving us to a new unit and told us to wait for the Host to come and move us. This never happened. In fact, the whole said, she believed or thought the problem was resolved, and we were content in staying in the nasty dirty unit. The biggest thing among all else was that she stared us in the face and lied to us about the refund!
